Hemp seed oil is a source of essential fatty acids, B vitamins, vitamins A, C and E, phytin and cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) and minerals: calcium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and potassium. Omega-3 and -6 fatty acids make up up to 80% of the oil's composition, thanks to which it has a strong anti-inflammatory, soothing and regenerating effect on the skin. Used regularly, it significantly alleviates the symptoms of acne, atopy and psoriasis, and also prevents the skin from drying out and cracking. The CBDA acid contained in the oil has antibacterial properties, which favors the treatment of skin affected by the aforementioned dermatoses. Due to its antioxidant content (vitamins A, C and E), as well as its regenerative and nourishing properties, hemp oil is also recommended for skin care with visible signs of aging.
